A high-energy event to recognize and applaud the incredible dedication and success of you and your classmates.

TSTC in Waco's Spring Graduation Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the Base Extraco Event Center in Waco, Texas.

Ceremony Time & Programs: The ceremonies are broken up by programs of study.

Find your program of study to determine which ceremony to attend. Graduates should arrive on-site at the Graduate Check-in time listed, with their cap and gown.

First Ceremony time 4:00 PM with graduate check-in beginning at 2:30 PM

We encourage guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early for seating.

Pick-up Tickets: Guests of graduates must have tickets; which are free of charge.

Graduates can pick up tickets for their guests, by visiting with an enrollment coach or at the John B. Connally Visitor Center on the Waco campus.

Each graduate may have up to 7 tickets.

Graduation Regalia: Students can purchase their black cap and gown at the TSTC Bookstore at the Student Services Center.
