Congratulations, Graduates

TSTC is thrilled to celebrate your accomplishments alongside your family and friends. Join us for a Graduation Celebration you’ll NEVER forget! Here are the most important details for your big day:

TSTC in Fort Bend Fall 2024 Graduation Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Stafford Centre located at 10505 Cash Rd, Stafford, TX 77477

Tickets  — 🎟️ Tickets are required for Fort Bend grads.

• Ticket Pick Up: ITC Room 116

• Monday December 2 –Thursday December 5  from 8:30 a.m. –4 p.m

• Each graduate will receive 8 tickets. They must be picked up by Thursday, December 5, 2025. 

• Unclaimed tickets will be made available to others upon request.

• All guests 3 years of age or older must have a ticket.

• If you need extra tickets, please contact Judy Cox with Career Services at (346) 239-3429 or jkcox@tstc.edu, by Friday, December 6, 2024. 

Get ready — it’s showtime, superstar!

• Enter starting 5:00PM on December 17, 2024 through Main Entrance at Stafford Centre, 10505 Cash Rd, Stafford, TX 77477.

  •  Look for the Grad/Student Check-In signs.

• Pick up your announcer card listing your name and graduate information during check-in. We will need it when you walk across the stage! 

• Honors cords/special recognitions will be issued at Grad/Student Check-In. 

• After check-in, you’ll be guided to the Graduate Reception Area. 

  • Reception (Graduates only): 5:30–6 p.m

Step out in style!

• Purchase your cap/gown/tassel today. Contact the TSTC Campus Store to purchase, or submit an application for assistance by contacting the Advocacy & Resource Center closest to you via email at CultureOfCaring@tstc.edu or completing the ARC Graduation Cap & Gown Request form.

• Caps can be decorated respectfully and appropriately to let your personality shine.

• Wear comfy shoes.

We want everyone to be comfortable.

• To request disability accommodations for you, please contact the Access and Learning Accommodations Office at adarequest@tstc.edu at least one week before your Graduation Celebration.

• Accessible parking is available at all locations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Details for Guests

• Seating begins at 5:00PM. Make sure your guests arrive early to get a good seat. 

• Our celebration will begin promptly at 6:30PM. Our celebration is BIG but not long.

• Tickets are free but are required for guests attending graduation.

• Family and friends are encouraged to cheer when you walk the stage!
