**Important: Each attendee, whether you are a student, counselor, chaperone, or parent, must RSVP individually to ensure we can accommodate everyone.

- Tours: Offered every 30 minutes, starting at 9:30 AM. When you RSVP, please select your preferred tour time.

Questions & Answers
Check-In and Orientation
Upon arrival, all attendees will check in at the John B. Connally Visitor Center. After check-in, you’ll head to the auditorium for a brief orientation covering event details and guidelines.
Campus Exploration
Following the orientation, you’re free to explore the campus, visit departments, and tour as many programs as you’d like.
Bus parking and check-in will be at the John B. Connally Visitor Center (100 Campus Dr, Waco, TX 76705).
To enhance your experience, we encourage walking between buildings. Buses should remain parked throughout the event. Shuttle vans and golf carts will be available for transportation as needed.
Students in groups must have a chaperone for supervision and safety. With active labs and classes in session, we ask attendees to be mindful and wear closed-toed shoes for safety.
Lost items can be reported or retrieved at the John B. Connally Visitor Center.
