Your journey at Texas State Technical College is important, and we’re here to make it smooth and stress-free. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to TSTC Ready, Set, Register, your one-stop enrollment support event happening on Friday! Whether you’re just starting the process or finalizing your registration, our dedicated team will help you complete all the steps to get fully registered and ready for fall classes. Here’s what you can expect:

Admissions and Registration Support

We’ll assist with application follow-up, so bring any admissions documents you have, and we’ll help get everything sorted. Our team will guide you through registering for your fall classes once onboarding is complete, plus provide academic advising to ensure you’re on the right track with your program and course choices. Have questions? We’re here to answer them!

FAFSA and Financial Aid Guidance

Need help with financial aid? We’ve got you covered! Our team will assist with applying for FAFSA, walking you through the process and answering any questions to ensure you get the support you need for your education.

Workday Onboarding and More

We’ll help with the onboarding process through Workday and set up or activate your TSTC OneID Login. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to use the TSTC Dashboard to access:

• Workday: Register for classes, view grades, track degree progress, and manage personal information.
• TouchNet: Make payments for upcoming semesters.
• Canvas: Access your courses once the semester begins.

Additional Support Available

We’ll also assist with:

• Resetting your TSTC OneID password (if needed).
• Completing Workday Onboarding.
• Residency: Determine if you’re eligible for in-state tuition.
• Student Financial Obligation Agreement: Understand your financial responsibilities.
• State Aid Authorization Form: Fill this out to be considered for scholarship funding from the State of Texas.

There might be a few other tasks to wrap up, but don’t worry, we’ll be there to help with anything you need. Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be fully registered and ready to start your TSTC journey!
