A high-energy event to recognize and applaud the incredible dedication and success of you and your classmates.
TSTC in Waco's Spring Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at the Base Extraco Event Center in Waco, Texas.
Ceremony Time & Programs: The ceremonies are broken up by programs of study.
Find your program of study to determine which ceremony to attend. Graduates should arrive on-site at the Graduate Check-in time listed with their cap and gown.

Graduate Check-in begins at 6:00 PM.
We encourage guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early for seating.
Pick-up Tickets: Guests of graduates must have tickets; which are free of charge.
Graduates can pick up tickets for their guests, by visiting with an enrollment coach or at the John B. Connally Visitor Center on the Waco campus.
Each graduate may have up to 7 tickets.
Graduation Regalia: Students can purchase their black cap and gown at the TSTC Bookstore at the Student Services Center.

- Where can I get my cap and gown?
Graduating students need to wear a black cap and gown for the ceremony. Students are more than welcome to purchase them at our TSTC bookstore on campus at the Student Services Center. - Do my guests need tickets?
Yes! Each graduate may receive up to 7 tickets. You can pick up your Graduation tickets from your Enrollment Coach or at the JBC Visitor Center. Tickets are free of charge.
- How can I request accommodations?
We want everyone to be comfortable.
