What documents should I bring with me?

Please bring any admission supporting documentation, if not yet provided to the Admission Advisor or Enrollment Coach.  For example: bring official transcripts, Texas Success Initiative (TSI) scores and if under 22 years of age bring vaccination record or proof of bacterial meningitis.  

I am a New Student, what do I need to do before the event?

Complete the registration requirements before attending the event to get ahead of the pack:

• Create your FSA ID and file for 2025-2026 (studentaid.gov)

• Submit your official high school/college transcript (issued upon graduation, and must include your graduation date and a high school official's signature) on your application portal

• Submit your Bacterial Meningitis vaccination record (if you are 21 years of age or younger) on your application portal

• Your TSI status (or SAT/ACT) can be emailed directly to your Admissions Advisor or can also be uploaded on your application portal

How to navigate your Application Portal: 

• Select "Sign In" on the upper right corner of the page, log in with the email/ password used when you applied.
• Under Admissions, select "Apply Here"
• Find "Your Application" and select your blue Program Link (e.g., Automotive…) 

I am a Current Student, what do I need to do before the event?

Steps you can complete before attending the event to get ahead of the pack:

• Ensure all account balances are cleared.
• If you were conditionally enrolled during the Fall 2025 semester, ensure those have been cleared.
• Clear all admission holds, such as debt holds.
• There may be other tasks you will need to complete. If you have any questions, we’ll be happy to help!

When is a good time to submit enrollment documents?

A good time to submit enrollment documents is as early as possible once you’ve been accepted and made the decision to attend. Ideally, you should aim to submit these documents well before the school’s enrollment deadline to ensure a smooth process and secure your spot.

Generally, here’s a breakdown of the best timing:

1. Before Priority Deadlines: Some programs offer priority deadlines. Submitting early could give you access to benefits like priority housing, course registration, or even financial aid considerations.

2. Early for Competitive Programs: If the program has limited spots or a rolling admissions policy, the earlier you submit, the better your chances of securing a spot.

3. Avoid Last-Minute Submissions: Submitting documents last minute could lead to processing delays, which might affect things like registration, housing, or financial aid disbursements.
