TSTC in Waco: Fall 2025 Graduation
Description
TSTC is thrilled to invite you to your Fall 2025 Graduation Celebration — a high-energy event to recognize and applaud the incredible dedication and success of you and your classmates.
TSTC in Waco's Fall Graduation Ceremony will take place on December 17th, 2025, at the Base Extraco Event Center in Waco, Texas.
Graduation Arrival Time: Graduates should arrive at the Base Extraco Events Center at 5:30 PM with their cap and gown for registration and line-up.
Ceremony Time: The ceremony will commence at 6:30 PM. We encourage guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early for seating.
Pick-up Tickets: Guests of graduates must have tickets. Graduates can pick up tickets for their guests, by visiting with an enrollment coach or at the John B. Connally Visitor Center on the Waco campus.
Each graduate may have up to 7 tickets. Ticket pick-up will be available beginning November 17th. Tickets are free of charge.
Graduation Regalia: Students can purchase their black cap and gown at the TSTC Bookstore at the Student Services Center.

- Where can I get my cap and gown?
Graduating students need to wear a black cap and gown for the ceremony. Students are more than welcome to purchase them at our TSTC bookstore on campus at the Student Services Center. - Do my guests need tickets?
Yes! Each graduate may receive up to 7 tickets. You can pick up your Graduation tickets anytime beginning November 17th, 2025, at the JBC Visitor Center or with your enrollment coach. Tickets are free of charge.
- How can I request accommodations?
We want everyone to be comfortable.
To request disability accommodations for you, please contact the Access and Learning Accommodations Office at adarequest@tstc.edu at least one week before your Graduation Celebration.
Accessible parking is available at all locations on a first-come, first-served basis.
