🗓 When: Thursday, July 11th 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🎯 What to Expect: Select the time that works best for you and meet with your Admissions Advisor or Enrollment Coach and get registered for your new student classes.
✅ Helpful Tip: We highly recommend completing the checklist below ahead of time, or bringing the necessary documents with you to speed up your registration process.
Complete Workday Student Onboarding (workday.tstc.edu)
File for the 2025-2026 FAFSA
Submit your official transcripts (if you have already graduated high school)
Submit your bacterial meningitis vaccination records if under 22 years of age
TSI Advisement/College Bridge Scores (only if you are seeking an Associate’s degree or Certificate 2 degree).
Why: Each program has a limited number of seats which are filled first-come-first-serve. Be sure to register as soon as possible to secure a spot. Brand new students who get registered will receive a free TSTC T-shirt at the event!

- Official Transcripts (high school transcripts if you have already graduated and/or college transcripts if applicable)
- Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Records (if under 22 years old)
- Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment Scores/ College Bridge Certificates (if pursuing Cert 2 or AAS degree)
Parking for this event will be available at the John B. Connally Visitor Center, located at 100 Crest Dr, Waco, TX 76705 (corner of Crest Drive & Campus Drive). Feel free to park in the main lot. (google maps preferred)
