Questions & Answers
TechXperience Day is an open-campus, self-guided event, allowing students to explore at their own pace. Walk from program to program, step into labs, meet instructors, and learn what each field has to offer.
Program tours depart every 30 minutes from 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
While this event is geared toward Seniors, Juniors are welcome.
We recommend 1 chaperone per 10 students.
Shuttle vans and golf carts will be available, but walking is encouraged for the full experience.
With 900+ attendees expected, buses and vehicles MUST remain parked for safety.
We’ll begin with a brief five-minute welcome and overview—then the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. These will be self-guided tours, giving students the option to tour as many programs as they’d like! Instructors will be available for questions at each program!
Shuttle vans and golf carts will be available throughout the event. However, we strongly encourage walking between buildings to fully experience campus life. For the safety of all attendees, we kindly ask that buses and personal vehicles remain parked for the duration of the event.
Lunch will be provided at the Industrial Technology Center. Each student will receive a wristband with an assigned lunch time:
Red Wristband: 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Blue Wristband: 11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Yellow Wristband: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The color of your lunch wristbands will be based on your group’s arrival time. This helps us manage lunch flow and ensure everyone is served efficiently. When you check in, you’ll receive your designated wristbands along with agendas and campus maps for the day. Your group will receive the same color wristband. If you have any questions upon arrival, our team will be happy to assist!
Students ready to take the next step may apply on-site at the application table in the Industrial Technology Center. We encourage students to explore programs beforehand to help ensure the best fit.
