You can join the meeting by clicking the link provided in the meeting invite.

To ensure a smooth start, attendees will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the designated meeting time. You can join the meeting at your convenience, but please note that the presentations won’t commence until the designated time. 

Check your audio settings on Zoom. Make sure your microphone is unmuted and your speakers are turned up. You can also try using a headset for better audio quality.

There are usually two ways to ask a question:

• Chat: You can type your question in the chat window and the host/presenter will address it during the meeting or Q&A session of the presentation.
• Raise Hand: Click the “raise hand" feature to notify the host that you have a question. They will then unmute you to ask your question.

Enrollment coaches won’t be attending the open house, but don’t worry. We can still connect you with the right person to answer your enrollment questions. 

We do not allow our open houses to be recorded unless there is prior approval through email correspondence with the host.

Our open house is accessible on your phone, but for the best viewing experience of the program presentation, we recommend using a computer. 

Feel free to join with or without your camera on. We encourage you to use the chat to ask questions or you may unmute as well. 

We do not share our presentations after the meeting but our faculty will be happy to meet with you again to discuss any further questions.

When the host opens the breakout rooms, verbal instructions will be given on how to enter the room of your choice. If you are having any trouble joining, don’t hesitate to ask for help in the chat window or by raising your hand.
